I'm going on a YouTube frenzy. Haha!

This is a great song. Somewhat country-ish, but amazing enough for me to like it so much that I'm blogging about it.

You can read into the lyrics any way you want. Some say it has something to do with 9/11 (although it was supposedly written before that)… some say it's social commentary… your guess is as good as mine.

I couldn't find any good quality version of Wilco playing the song, so I got cover versions by YouTube users instead. They do justice to the real thing anyway. One of them even has a little "how to play Jesus Etc" tutorial going on.

Of course, the original version is even better than these, seeing that that one has the full arrangement (which includes the violin accompaniment!).
