blast
October 19, 2007At approximately 1;30pm today, a huge blast rocked Glorietta mall in Makati. It has not been confirmed yet if it is indeed because of an LPG leak or from a bomb. All we know is that there have been a handful of casualties and close to a hundred injured.
Once again - especially to those who were barely outside harm's way - we're all reminded of how the worst things can happen all in an instant, and how fragile human life is.
But still, in moments like these when we feel that danger is lurking in every corner, as difficult as it is, we try in the best way we can to hold on to everything that is good in this world… and we soldier on. We SHOULD soldier on.
